14-day refund

If Pro or Studio does not work for you, email support@dfacto.ai within 14 days of purchase with your order reference, and we will refund it in full — no reason required.

How refunds are issued

Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, who also issues refunds back to the original payment method. It typically appears within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

Your licence is deactivated on refund. avstat continues to work on the Free tier — CPU and memory as two voices of the chord, three packs, one screen.
